3. ARC Distribution
ARCs shared through the platform are pre-publication copies intended solely for review purposes. Readers may not redistribute, sell, or share ARC files with anyone. Violation may result in account suspension.
4. Reviews
All reviews must be honest and reflect the reader's genuine opinion. Fabricated, plagiarized, or paid reviews are prohibited. Authors may not pressure readers to leave positive reviews.
5. Content Guidelines
Authors are responsible for providing accurate content warnings and spice ratings. Users may not upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: sharing ARCs without permission, posting dishonest reviews, harassment, or any illegal activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
ARC Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the content of ARCs, the quality of reviews, or interactions between users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
